Tulita Developments Ltd. (TDL) is the economic development corporation wholly owned by the Tulita Dene Band (TDB), a First Nation located in the Sahtu Region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. TDL serves as the business arm of the Tulita Dene Band, working to create economic opportunities, partnerships, and community-driven projects that benefit both current and future generations of Tulita Dene members.
TDL operates in accordance with the values and interests of the Tulita Dene Band. The Chief of the Tulita Dene Band serves as President of both the Band and Tulita Developments Ltd., ensuring alignment between leadership, community priorities, and economic development initiatives.

Tulita Developments Ltd. operates on the traditional territory of the Tulita Dene Band, whose lands span the Great Bear Rock area, the Mackenzie Mountains, and the Mackenzie River in the Sahtu Region of the Northwest Territories. The Tulita Dene Band holds rights recognized under Treaty 11 and the Sahtu Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting, waiving, or extinguishing the Aboriginal, Treaty, or constitutional rights of the Tulita Dene Band or its members. All economic development activities undertaken by TDL are consistent with the Band's rights, governance, and the principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
Tulita Developments Ltd. is proud to be wholly owned by the Tulita Dene Band. Our work is guided by the principle that economic development must serve the long-term interests of the Tulita Dene people and respect the land that sustains them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northwest Territories and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northwest Territories, Canada.
Nothing in this section limits TDL's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Site or infringement of our intellectual property rights.
