A purpose-built, fully self-contained facility designed for Arctic weather conditions — supporting contractors, workers, and operations in the remote North.

This building is designed specifically for Arctic weather conditions and is completely self-contained. It consists of three skidded units that form a structure measuring 36 feet by 56 feet.
The facility serves as both a professional office environment and comfortable staff accommodation — providing everything needed for extended remote operations. It can be connected to highline power or powered by a diesel generator, which can also serve as a backup power source in the event of a community power outage.
The building is equipped with dual furnaces, which can operate using either propane or electric heating, and two air conditioning units provide climate control throughout the entire building.

Three skidded units forming a 36 × 56 ft building. Transportable — requires 4 trailer loads to move to a designated location.
Dual furnaces operating on propane or electric power. Engineered for sustained Arctic temperatures with redundant heating capability.
Two air conditioning units providing full climate control throughout the entire building during summer months.
Connects to community highline power. Diesel generator provides independent power and community backup in outage situations.
Self-contained septic tank system — no reliance on municipal sewage infrastructure. Suitable for remote deployment.
Modular three-unit skid design. Requires 4 trailer loads to transport and reassemble at a designated site location.

The Office & Lodging Building reflects TDL's commitment to building infrastructure that works reliably in Canada's remote North — supporting workers, operations, and community development.
